sanity to a degree.

My Life after Applying What You're About To Discover 


First, let me tell you how my story turned out: 

The real turning point for me came when 2 dramatic events collided:

One day at work (the sole job I ever had), my anxiety was so bad that I end up hiding in the toilet for 3
hours, crying and "stuck" there. This wasn't my first extreme anxiety episode at work, yet it hit a new high
that I just couldn't endure anymore.

Also I was so drained from just forcing myself to go to
work every day, that it climaxed into a burn out right there and then.
Once the day ended and I got the hell out of that toilet, I called my boss and said I was resigning for
"another opportunity".

I could no longer function at the very first and only job I ever had. 

And to top it all off, the only person I still had remaining in my life, was going to have a baby with a
completely new life in a different city. So we would not see each other much anymore.

So I was up against the wall financially, unable to work, and on the edge of a lonely cliff in my personal
life. I had no choice but to find a solution to this debilitating anxiety. There was no other option (except
the “one” you can never come back from).

I also promised myself that If I figured out how to finally become anxiety free, that I would share my
knowledge and results with other people, so they wouldn’t keep suffering as I did for so long. 

Having my back against the wall and forced to figure out how to get better fast, these experiences led to
my discovery of a simple set of 4 anxiety freedom tools and skills that allowed me to enjoy life fully...

RUN From These 3 Common Lies And Myths


There is a ton of bad advice out there when it comes to overcoming anxiety and becoming
the kind of resilient person that thrives no matter what happens. 

For starters, you may believe you have to push good feelings over the bad feelings you’re experiencing in
order to make the anxiety go away. 

It's a myth called the "feel good" survival trap, and I used to buy into that lie myself. 

However, the truth is the more you push good feelings over bad ones, the more you're stuck in a reactive
survival anxiety mode. 

You can take that to the bank. 

And once you discard that mistaken belief, you may find that the popular myth of having a warrior
mentality
also falls by the wayside. 

Many folks I know bought into this one ...but the truth is going out into the world with 
a "tough" warrior mentality, where every day is a big battle of you VS the big bad world...
.... keeps you stuck in a reactive mode and will only drain you even more. 

Another common myth, this time from the medical community, is really a deal-breaker.  You may fall
victim to the "Defective Brain Myth”.

The defective brain myth is when you believe your brain is permanently physically defective, so your only
hope of getting better is  to use medication or go through years of expensive therapy... 

...but believe it or not you can "fix yourself" on your own. 

So how did all this misinformation get around? 

Some believe it's all thanks to the big Pharma pushing their pills to the medical establishment as the
magical solution to anxiety… as well as well-intended therapists who never struggled with anxiety
themselves (how can they relate to you?)…

I tend to believe the root of all this misinformation is this:
Therapists not being up to date on the latest brain research, as well as people stuck with the decades old
“psychology + self-help guru models” of personal change that just doesn’t work.

The Broken Bridge Commando Brain is a state your brain goes into when it experiences unhealthy  unwarranted anxiety. 

It's when the two main parts of your brain, the reactive and the creative adaptive parts  of your brain, aren't properly communicating with each other.

And without proper access to the adaptive part that allows your brain to think and adapt,
this results in you being stuck in a "commando" survival mode 
where you're highly emotionally
reactive and anxious. It gets you in that anxious state, even when there's absolutely no reason to. 

Think of those 2 parts of the brain as the heart and the head.

The heart is running on emotions and how it feels in this moment.
While the head is all about facts, figuring out how to do things and adapt to life challenges.

Now imagine if those 2 parts of your brain were completely disconnected from each others,
and you were running around purely from your “heart” and emotions only.

You’d be basically reacting emotionally 
without making any sense, and without

the ability to stop it or do anything about it.

So right now If your brain is mostly running from the emotional part of your brain, you
can literally run around anxious and reactive all day long, without the ability to stop it,
feel balanced and unable to deal with things.

In this case you're sort of like a chicken running around with its head off... 




What's Truly Holding You Back

The Broken Bridge Commando Brain can lead to far worse problems than experiencing
an anxiety episode here and there. 

For example, it can lead to  an ever more sensitive "internal alarm system" which gets triggered for less
and less... 

...and that can really cause you distress as you become more and more anxious, even in situations that
previously didn’t cause you any anxiety whatsoever. 
To the point where your comfort zone can shrink
so much it’s virtually non-existent.

It can also lead you to losing any hope of ever achieving any of your dreams and desires ... so please be
aware of this deadly anxiety downward spiral. It can cause you to experience major depression and
isolation, to the point of having suicidal thoughts in extreme cases. 

Maybe you’ve already gotten to that point, or not… 

Just how low can it get?

Without trying to sound too dramatic, there’s no bottom limit to how low things can get, except maybe
“6 feet under”. And I know this is not what you want for yourself… no one does.

Things may seem bleak, but believe me: there's a clear solid and highly hopeful path from here to

Basically, if you’re suffering from unhealthy anxiety you’re definitely suffering from
the broken bridge commando brain mode. 

You need to pay attention to keeping your brain from running on autopilot for too long every day. When
this happens, The Broken Bridge Commando Brain mode is often just around the corner. Leaving
your brain on autopilot is the easiest way to ensure you keep experiencing that broken bridge commando
brain mode, which keeps you anxious and reactive.

Fortunately I have an easy first step around it you can start taking today. I want you to do what you
already do every day, but do it differently. How crazy simple is this right? Do things in different orders,
differently, or use your other hand for doing things like eating, brushing your teeth, for example...  

This is a very simple way of starting to steer away from the broken bridge commando brain. By putting
your brain into a changeable pliable state, instead of keeping it stuck in a reactive autopilot mode.

Here's another Broken Bridge Commando Brain trigger to look out for: Stop avoiding too many things for
too long,  which sensitizes your "inner alarm system" ever more.  

This one can sneak up on you, but here's how to handle it: start exposing yourself just a tiny bit more than
you're used to, to things and situations you normally wouldn't.

Now you may think you’ve already heard this a thousand times before, and that it’s easier said than done.
You’re right on both counts. Actually plain “exposure”, as is generally taught, can often leave you worse
off than you were before. 

Exposing yourself just for exposing yourself is just dumb.
You need to use the right approach and tools as you put yourself out there, in order
to benefit from exposing yourself out to the world.

Those same tools I will teach you will also make it much easier for you to finally get up, and 
take steps toward your freedom and future...

You may think it’s easy to say, yet harder to do. Rest assured I’ve figured out a way for you to finally
stop avoiding so many things for so long.

Yet...

As helpful “first steps” as these general tips may be, they are not the ultimate solution, far from it.
However, in order for you to fully grasp the huge impact and power this can bring into
your life,  I first need to let you in on the backstory. 

This is what laid the foundation that led me to discover a permanent solution to The Broken Bridge
Commando Brain...and a path to experiencing true anxiety freedom that made all the difference
in the world... 


A Tip I Picked Up Along The Journey That Changed My Life Forever 


One of the secrets to my success in freeing myself and others from anxiety, is leveraging the power of role
models. Of modeling other people. I learned over the years to be very selective in who I chose to study
and learn from. And even more important: 

I learned to spot consistent patterns. 

It's great when something works for one or two people. That may help you in the short term. However, I
decided to be a relentless "pattern spotter". I wanted to see if the “newly free” and ultra-successful had
traits in common. That way I could discount factors like having an uncommon superior burning desire,
better stronger “genes”, or simply having more courage.

One of my favorite anxiety freedom success patterns story involves a well known singer. (I can’t say who it
is because it could be seen as me using her name, which I can’t do). 
Let me share why, and see if you can
spot one of the patterns that led to such success. 

She said she experienced anxiety to such a degree that she sometimes felt drugged. Once she even went to the 
hospital thinking someone had drugged her. Shaking, trembling, having a hard time being able to deal 
with life... she knows what suffering from anxiety is like. 

Yet she's now free from her unhealthy anxiety. Even if she can still experience some anxiety once in a
while, she's now able to easily deal with it and thrive. And that's without the cutting edge help and
research I've discovered that you will benefit from. 


What's Behind This Success...And How You Can Replicate It 


You hear stories like that of strong celebrities “overcoming adversity", and you may be tempted
to think to yourself, "Yeah, but folks like that usually pop out of the womb with strong genetics
and resilient brains... . they’re so strong they always seem to overcome whatever gets in their way.
That explains why some people are able to “recover”, never be anxious or phased by anything ever again." 

Is that true? Not at all. 

Yes, some people are born more resilient to than others. Yet by using the tools I will be sharing with you,
anyone can retrain their brain to be more resilient and not experience anxiety all the time, when
there's just no reason for it. 

Have you ever said this to yourself? "Sure, it’s inspiring… but I'd have to go through all these long and
expensive therapy sessions, going over my past etc. in order to improve and pull it off." You know, I used
to think the same thing. The simple scientific fact is your brain doesn't need you to rehash your “terrible past”
 in order for you to overcome your anxiety issues. 

Another myth is that successful people who used to experience a lot of anxiety had to start taking
medication in order to feel normal again. It sounds reasonable, but it's simply a myth... 

...and it's one holding you back from a solution that actually works


After A Long Journey Filled With Trials And Errors
I Finally Discovered What Actually Works 


Why are these folks succeeding when others are not? 

By looking at countless anxiety freedom success stories; people who overcame their anxiety issues and
remain 'free' 3 years or more later, I found they have this in common: 

==> No matter how they feel they aren't trying to avoid the situation, and more importantly, 
they’re not trying to avoid what they're actually feeling… as avoidance is the worst thing you can
possibly do for your brain. 

As these people didn’t try to avoid anything, they also didn’t try to bury or replace their “bad feelings” for
good ones. They also didn’t try to summon their “inner warrior”.
